National Assessment Specialist

Responsible for leading the design, implementation, and analysis of national assessments to evaluate educational outcomes and policy effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing assessment frameworks, ensuring data quality, and providing insights to inform decision-making and improve educational standards.

• A first-level university degree in a science-related field, data management, or computing is required.

• Knowledge of global and regional environmental issues is an asset.

• At least four years of progressively responsible experience at the international level in project or program management, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and administration is required.

• Experience in coordinating global environmental assessments, including managing external expert authors and preparing written outputs such as outcome documents and background papers, is desirable.

• Good user interface design skills using the latest technologies and web frameworks are desirable.
