Principal Evaluator for the Terminal Evaluation of the UNEP/GCF Project Enhanced Climate Resilience of Rural Communities

You will manage the terminal evaluation and ensure timely delivery of its outputs, including the Inception Report, Draft report, and Final Evaluation Report. You will conduct desk review and interviews, and (where agreed) lead evaluation missions with field visits, while maintaining independence and confidentiality of evaluation interviews.
