The Chief of Staff

You will serve as a senior officer coordinating multiple tasks for the Vice Chancellor and advising on priorities based on competing functions. You will also execute strategic tasks, manage special projects, and ensure seamless communication between units reporting to the Vice Chancellor.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Public Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience

• At least 5 years in a senior management or strategy coordination role

• Experience in higher education or a complex institutional environment

• Strategic financial management and knowledge of the budget development and management
