The role
You will manage the productivity of collections and recoveries agents by providing direction, instructions and guidance to achieve set targets within policy guidelines and regulations, minimising credit losses. You will lead SME and Consumer segment collections, engage third-party debt collection agencies, monitor team performance, and ensure robust controls and timely escalation of customer issues.
