The role
You will manage and sustain relationships with La Riba Business Banking customers by providing efficient and reliable support, including quick risk decisions and consistent quality of operational service. You will also conduct annual reviews of customers’ borrowing facilities, manage customer complaints, develop new business, and monitor portfolio quality and risk using defined triggers and guidelines.
