Manager, Absa Kenya Foundation

You will lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Foundation, ensuring compliance, governance, and operational efficiency across all activities. You will oversee program development, secure funding through partnerships and donor engagement, and coordinate monitoring and evaluation to ensure impactful delivery of objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field

• A postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Development Studies, Sustainability, Public Policy, Business Administration) is preferred

• Minimum 7–10 years experience in program management, preferably in a foundation, NGO, or CSR environment

• Strong expertise in program development and management

• Proven track record in fundraising and donor relations

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation frameworks

• Familiarity with corporate social responsibility and sustainability practices

• Proven experience in leading non-profit, development, or sustainability-focused organizations

• Proficiency in budgeting
