Manager, Absa Kenya Foundation

You will lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Foundation, overseeing program development, operational efficiency, and fundraising efforts. You will also coordinate monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure impactful delivery of objectives across entrepreneurship, education, natural resources, and health pillars.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field

• Postgraduate degree in Development Studies, Sustainability, Public Policy, Business Administration or related field

• Minimum 7–10 years experience in program management, preferably in a foundation, NGO, or CSR environment

• Strong expertise in program development and management

• Proven track record in fundraising and donor relations

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation frameworks

• Familiarity with corporate social responsibility and sustainability practices

• Proven experience in leading non-profit, development, or sustainability-focused organizations

• Proficiency in budgeting and fundraising

• Experience in planning, evaluation, and reporting
