Manager - Case Management & Provider Partnerships

You will lead Care Management operations by overseeing inpatient preauthorizations, clinical case reviews, and strategic provider partnerships to ensure cost-effective healthcare delivery. You will also negotiate cost structures with providers, drive value-based care initiatives, and mentor teams to achieve quality outcomes and sustainable growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Clinical Medicine, or related medical field (OR Diploma holders with strong experience)

• Preferred: A diploma in insurance

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in clinical operations within the health insurance sector

• At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role

• Relevant professional qualification

• Must be a member of a professional body in good standing
