You will manage and sustain a portfolio of Commercial customers by building long-term relationships and providing efficient support for their businesses. You will also be responsible for business development, executing sales growth tactics, and maximizing risk-adjusted portfolio contribution.
A relevant business-related degree from a recognized university
Preferred: Additional professional / advanced qualifications
Preferred: At least 5 years in relationship management in Business / Corporate Banking
Detailed knowledge of the Commercial and Corporate set of products
Broad understanding of the products available in Absa
Detailed knowledge of the requirements of sophisticated customers for complex products
Broad understanding of policies and strategies within the country as they relate to the demands of the customer base
Detailed understanding of Country and Group guidelines and policies relating to Credit Risk and related management
