Developing, planning, and implementing high-quality curricula, preparing course materials, and employing diverse teaching methods to enhance student learning. Responsibilities include supervising undergraduate and graduate students, conducting research, publishing findings, guiding students on academic and career issues, and participating in departmental activities. The position also requires attending conferences and workshops, as well as contributing to grant writing and collaborations.
At least three years of university-level teaching experience or five years of research/industry experience, with a proven track record in securing research funds. A minimum of 24 publication points, including at least 16 from refereed scholarly journals, is required. The candidate should demonstrate strong teaching skills, be familiar with online teaching, and have excellent communication, planning, and research writing abilities.
