Lecturer in Theology is responsible for developing and delivering curriculum, preparing teaching materials, supervising students' research, and conducting academic research. The role also includes advising students, attending academic events, and participating in departmental activities.
At least three years of university-level teaching experience or five years of research/industry experience. A minimum of 24 publication points, with at least 16 from refereed scholarly journals, is required. Demonstrated teaching skills, online teaching proficiency, and a track record of securing research funds are essential.
