The Job involves teaching, curriculum development, and research at the university level. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing high-quality curricula, supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students, conducting research, publishing findings, and securing research funding. Additional duties include preparing course materials, employing diverse teaching methods, advising students, and participating in departmental administration, workshops, and outreach programs. Candidates must demonstrate teaching skills, research competence, and a student-centred approach while aligning with the institution's mission and vision.
At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level or six (6) years of research/industry experience.
A minimum of thirty-two (32) publication points, with at least twenty-four (24) from refereed scholarly journals.
Supervised at least three (3) postgraduate students to completion.
Proven ability to attract research funding and recognition at national, regional, or international levels.
Competence in online teaching and pedagogy, with demonstrated success in non-teaching responsibilities.
