Developing, planning, and implementing high-quality curriculum and course materials at the university level. Responsibilities include teaching, preparing learning assessments, supervising students' academic and research work, and contributing to departmental research activities. The position also requires attending conferences, workshops, and seminars, advising students, and engaging in academic collaborations. Additionally, the lecturer is expected to participate in administrative duties and enhance the academic and research environment within the department.
At least three years of teaching experience at the university level or six years of research/industry experience, with a minimum of 32 publication points, including 24 from refereed journals. Candidates should have supervised at least three post-graduate students, attracted research funds, and demonstrated national, regional, and international recognition in their field. Familiarity with online teaching and pedagogy is also required.
