University Chaplain is responsible for fostering the spiritual growth and well-being of staff and students by organizing and leading chapel services, discipleship programs, and religious group activities. Key responsibilities include coordinating chapel programs, overseeing religious clubs and pastoral care services, facilitating spiritual formation, liaising with external religious organizations, mentoring leaders, and managing the department’s budget and annual plans.
• Master’s degree in Theology, Religion, or a related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience.
• Ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene.
• Membership in a relevant professional body.
• Proven leadership and pastoral care skills.
