Project Manager – Horizon 1000 Kenya

You will coordinate the day-to-day implementation of the Horizon 1000 Kenya project across Murang'a, Mombasa and Bungoma, supporting delivery coordination, partner and sub-grantee follow-up, and external stakeholder engagement. You will also coordinate AI use case co-design, the phased facility-level rollout of AI-enabled CDSS, monitoring, evaluation and learning activities, and development of the AI deployment playbook and scaling framework.
