The role
You will define, develop, and qualify robust packaging solutions for innovative, automotive-grade ASIC products. You will bridge internal cross-functional partners and external assembly/test suppliers (OSATs) by driving package design and process development, managing suppliers, and supporting NPI and process qualification.
