
You will provide overall leadership to Financial Advisors in the branch, focusing on recruiting Unit Managers, identifying markets, and managing performance to achieve production targets across all business lines. You will also be responsible for coaching teams, selling products, conducting trainings, and managing branch operations and staff.
A business-related degree is a minimum requirement.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Life Insurance. Branch and Unit Management added advantage.
Relevant professional qualifications in COP. However, certification or proof of study in ACII, AIIK or CIM will be an added advantage.
