Branch Manager - Murang'a

You will be responsible for providing overall leadership to all Financial Advisors in the branch to deliver set production targets in all lines of business. You will achieve this by recruiting unit managers, identifying and deepening markets, and managing the performance and productivity of financial advisors.

• A business-related degree

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Life Insurance

• Experience in Branch and Unit Management (added advantage)

• Relevant professional qualifications in Certificate of Proficiency (COP)

• Certification or proof of study in ACII, AIIK or CIM (added advantage)
