You will be responsible for overseeing and controlling the end-to-end claims process, including design, data entry, vetting, approvals, and payments, while ensuring exceptional client relationship management. You will also design and implement innovative initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, participate in departmental product development, and drive claim cost-control measures.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Strong AI and Analytical Skills
Professional qualification in Insurance
At least 6 years' experience in insurance claims management
At least 3 years' experience in a supervisory position
Knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements
Knowledge of insurance products
