The role
You will report to the Assistant Manager Legal Claims and review documents and pertinent requirements regarding an insurance claim. You will ensure claims are complete and compliant, advise customers on insurance coverage in relation to claims, handle internal and external claims inquiries, and record and track claims transactions including appointment of advocates, doctors and investigators.
