The role
You will operate and maintain assigned production equipment to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets using Integrated Work Systems (IWS) and Daily Management Systems (DMS) principles. You will troubleshoot equipment issues, execute maintenance and changeovers, drive loss elimination and continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with QA and EH&S standards while supporting the Master Production Schedule.
