The role
You will lead the manufacturing organization to achieve world-class Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale and Capability results through deployment of Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Integrated Work Systems (IWS), people capability development and effective management of manufacturing resources. You will own equipment ownership culture, elimination of forced deterioration, creation of defect-free processes, and capability building of front-line teams to achieve sustainable manufacturing performance and zero-loss operations.
