Assistant Administrator - Legal Services

You will assist with training and events organized by the department, draft the yearly calendar and budget, and handle inquiries and supplies requisitions. You will also manage daily office procedures, schedule multi-stakeholder meetings, and maintain meticulous legal documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences or any other related field from a recognized institution

• Computer literacy

• Diploma in Law OR equivalent legal experience at a law firm

• A minimum of two years (2) working experience in a similar position

• Understanding of confidentiality in legal contexts
