Senior Administrator - Nuru Counselling Centre

You will manage the office efficiently, handle client intake, and assign clients to qualified therapists. You will also provide administrative support to PhD faculty and students, manage psychometric testing materials, and handle client billing.

• Master's in Clinical Psychology (MCP)

• PhD candidate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is an added advantage

• At least seven years of experience in a busy office

• Hands-on skills in MS Office packages

• Proficiency in writing and reporting skills

• Ability to work long hours, including evenings

• Display marketing or advertising skills for Nuru Counseling Centre and PhD in Clinical Psychology

• Demonstrable planning capabilities and ability to vet clients and assign them to appropriate Counselors.

• Registered with the relevant professional body.
