Senior Lecturer- IT

Responsible for teaching, research, mentorship, and curriculum development in IT-related disciplines. The role involves delivering high-quality instruction, supervising student projects, and contributing to advancements in IT education and research.

• PhD in IT and a Master's degree in a related field from an accredited University

• At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level as a Lecturer, with demonstrable record in research and publication

• Proven experience teaching in a hybrid environment (face-to-face and online)

• Supervised at least three postgraduate students' theses to completion.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

• Strong commitment to mentoring students and faculty in research methodologies

• Demonstrated success in interdisciplinary collaboration and community engagement related to research.

• A minimum of 32 publication points as a Lecturer, with at least 24 referred scholarly journals
