Project Manager

You will be tasked with building and leading the Project Management function to the highest governance standards in line with the organization’s strategic focus. You will also lead the implementation of program and project governance frameworks, review projects for deliverability, and ensure all governance reporting is accurate and timely.

• BSc in Computer Science

• BSc in Information Technology

• At Least 5 years' working experience as a project manager, preferably in a financial institution

• Relevant professional qualifications and master’s degree will be an added advantage

• Professional Scrum Master certification

• Professional Product Owner certification

• Program Management Professional (PGMP) certification

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification

• Proven experience as a Project manager or other managerial position

• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

• Good understanding of the financial services industry

• Working knowledge of contract management, budget, and cost management

• Risk management experience in project management

• Adequate knowledge of package implementation of integrated systems

• Strong knowledge and use of project management methodologies and its implementation
