
You will provide visionary leadership and direction to the hospital, ensuring policies and mandates are implemented fully and effectively. You will formulate strategies and operational plans, lead teams for high performance, and ensure prudent management of resources.
Be a Kenyan Citizen.
Holds at least a degree in Medicine and Surgery or Business Administration, Public Administration or other related field from a university recognized in Kenya.
At least ten (10) years relevant work experience.
At least five (5) years of experience at senior management level in a large organization.
Membership of good standing to relevant professional bodies.
Thorough understanding of quality assurance within a hospital context.
Thorough understanding of project analysis and evaluation.
Thorough understanding of policy formulation.
Thorough understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
Previous work experience in a similar institution will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Public sector financial management and service regulations.
Knowledge of Public Procurement and Disposals Act 2015.
Knowledge of Policy development and formulation.
Knowledge of Quality assurance within a hospital context.
Knowledge of Analytical/project evaluation.
