You will lead and manage a team of frontend developers working on cutting-edge Digital Financial Services (DFS) solutions, combining technical leadership with people management. You will oversee the development of React, Vue, and TypeScript-based web applications and mini-apps within the company's super app ecosystem.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Master's degree or relevant management certification preferred
8+ years' experience developing web applications
5+ years' experience building frontend applications in React and TypeScript
3+ years' experience in people management and team leadership
2+ years' experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience in financial services or fintech industry preferred
Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, LESS, SASS, and JavaScript (React and Vue)
Extensive experience with CI/CD pipeline design and management
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure management
Experience with OAuth, JWT Tokens, and security best practices
Proficiency with GraphQL and RESTful API design
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools
Familiarity with microservices architecture
