You will drive the design, implementation, and management of continuous auditing and data analytics programs within the Internal Audit function. This role requires utilizing data analytics tools to identify anomalies, trends, and emerging risks while automating recurring audit tests for high-risk processes.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Added Advantage: Master’s degree in data Analytics, Audit, or Business Administration
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in internal audit
At least 3 years experience in data analytics or continuous audit roles
Proven experience in banking, financial services, or technology audit environments
Demonstrated ability to integrate data analytics into audit processes and lead technology-driven initiatives
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or CPA/ACCA (mandatory)
Preferred: CISA, CRMA, or Data Analytics Certification (e.g., ACL Certified Data Analyst, Power BI Certification)
Proficiency in ACL, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or SAS
Strong understanding of risk-based and technology-enabled auditing methodologies
Ability to design and execute continuous audit scripts and monitoring dashboards
Experience with RPA and control integration within automated workflows
In-depth understanding of Retail, Corporate, and MSME banking operations and digital channels
Working knowledge of ITGCs, cybersecurity, and data governance
Familiarity with data governance, quality assurance, and ETL processes
