The role
You will provide strategic leadership in the development and growth of the Bank’s Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Banking business by driving sustainable asset and liability growth, enhancing customer acquisition and retention, strengthening portfolio quality, and delivering innovative, customer-centric financial solutions. You will lead the development and execution of the MSME strategy, ensure effective market segmentation and proposition development, strengthen relationship management and distribution capabilities, and optimize risk-adjusted returns while ensuring compliance with regulatory and Bank requirements.
