Senior Officer - Early Arrears Management

You will perform collection functions for early arrears (1-90 DPDs) by demanding repayment, negotiating with defaulting customers, and monitoring payment arrangements. You will also liaise with auctioneers and the legal department, prepare recovery reports, and supervise or train staff in early arrears management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounts, Finance or related field

• Professional Credit or Debt recovery qualifications a plus

• Minimum of four (4) years practical experience with proven result-oriented track record in recoveries

• Experience in banking & legal background a plus

• Adept in use of Ms Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Internet and email
