5+ years in fast-paced environments such as startups, investment banking, top consulting firms, or leading internet companies
Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make informed business decisions
Project management skills
Experience managing, coordinating, and motivating teams of 3+ people
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
