Responsible for leading high-value negotiations for network infrastructure, securing favorable agreements with vendors, partners, and service providers. This role involves analyzing market trends, optimizing costs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving strategic partnerships to enhance network expansion and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development.

• Experience in performing data-driven network availability and resiliency analysis.

• Experience managing and partnering with partners to create relationships and business outcomes and in growing partners businesses.

• Experience with network capacity planning.
