You will use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules. You will be responsible for influencing your team's speed, driving alignment across organizations, and resolving critical roadblocks to ensure successful product launches at the intersection of AI and Gaming.
Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience in managing end-to-end projects in a technical/software engineering environment.
Experience in coordinating, managing and facilitating communication between teams, to provide timely deliverables.
Experience managing cross-functional engineering organizations with numerous dependencies, stakeholders, and partners.
Experience working within the gaming industry or with large language models (LLMs)/DeepMind/AI technologies.
Experience with product release.
Ability to produce frameworks and documents that communicate status, scope, timelines, task planning, action items, risks, issues, project dependencies, test planning, or rollout planning.
