Technical Program Manager, Play Games

You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your technical expertise to drive alignment across teams and ensure successful product launches in a high-urgency AI environment. You will manage the program lifecycle by resolving critical roadblocks, defining governance metrics, and articulating project schedules and risks to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• 2 years of experience in Technical Program Management

• Experience in managing end-to-end projects in a technical/software engineering environment

• Experience in coordinating, managing and facilitating communication between teams

• Experience managing cross-functional engineering organizations

• Preferred: Experience working within the gaming industry or with large language models (LLMs)/DeepMind/AI technologies

• Preferred: Experience with product release

• Preferred: Ability to produce frameworks and documents that communicate status, scope, timelines, task planning, action items, risks, issues, project dependencies, test planning, or rollout planning

• Preferred: Ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups
