Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
5–8 years of experience in benefits realization, portfolio management, finance, or strategic project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong track record in engaging senior stakeholders, particularly in Finance and Strategy functions
Proven ability to design and embed processes, frameworks, and governance structures in complex organizations
Experience in financial analysis, business case development, and ROI measurement
Professional certifications such as PMP, MSP, MoP, or Benefits Management certifications (e.g., Managing Benefits) are an added advantage.
