Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, ICT or Related Field
5-7 years’ work experience with at least 3 in IT Asset Management
ITIL / ISO 20000 Certification
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent understanding of Major Incident Management procedures
Strong experience with data analysis
Team management & leadership skills
