You will be responsible for supporting the Wellness Manager in the planning, coordination, and implementation of wellness programs for clients and internal stakeholders. This role requires you to contribute to the effective execution of corporate wellness initiatives aimed at promoting preventive, promotive, and protective health practices.
Degree holders in clinical studies
Basic understanding of the concepts of insurance
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite and packages
At least 5+ years of experience in wellness program management, health promotion, or corporate wellness within insurance, healthcare, or a related industry
Strong knowledge of preventive healthcare, employee wellness, and behavioural health strategies
Experience in developing and implementing wellness programs with measurable outcomes
