The role
You will be responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient administration of premium collections, allocations, reconciliations and policy servicing activities. You will process premium-related transactions, perform reconciliations against bank statements and policy administration systems, respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries, and support operational improvements and compliance requirements.
