Sales Manager

You will supervise and coordinate all aspects of a Unit sales workstream in a Jubilee Life Branch, developing strategies and leading initiatives to meet and grow Unit sales productivity, headcount, training, recruitment and culture. You will achieve new business sales targets, meet retention and persistency ratios, and supervise Financial Advisors to deliver their KPIs while promoting the organization’s products and services.
