Sales Manager

You will supervise and coordinate all aspects of a Unit sales workstream, including recruiting and training Financial Advisors. You will also develop strategies to meet sales budgets and promote the organization's products to expand market share.

• Minimum Age of 25 years

• Degree or Diploma with Minimum Grade C- (Minus) in KCSE

• Diploma or Certificate in Insurance Certification (COP)

• Current Registration with IRA

• Min 1 Year experience in Sales Management or Min 2 Years as a successful Sales Agent

• Certification in Sales Management
