Senior Product Manager

You will define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market trends. You will also lead cross-functional teams to execute product initiatives and manage the end-to-end product development process.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management

• A track record of successfully launching and managing products

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills

• Experience leading cross-functional teams

• Experience mentoring junior product managers

• English proficiency

• Deep understanding of Product Management methodologies, tools, and best practices

• Experience working in agile development environments

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

• Proficiency in Product Management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Master's degree or MBA is a plus
