You will define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market trends. You will also lead cross-functional teams to execute product initiatives and manage the end-to-end product development process.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Product Management
A track record of successfully launching and managing products
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Experience mentoring junior product managers
English proficiency
Deep understanding of Product Management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience working in agile development environments
Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Proficiency in Product Management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Master's degree or MBA is a plus
