You will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, growth and profitability of the branch. You will also implement an efficient and effective Operational, Risk Management, Customer Service and Sales Culture.
A University Degree from a recognized university
At least 8 years’ experience in general banking
At least 6 years' experience as a Branch Manager in a Bank set up
Experience in Sales dealing with High Networth Clients
Experience in Credit Analysis and Administration
Experience in Bank operations covering Cash Management, Clearing, Accounts and Administration
Demonstrated consistent high performance in role(s) held in the last three years
A thorough knowledge of Retail Banking products and services
Extensive Banking Industry knowledge
A good understanding of risk, credit policies and procedures
