You will implement and monitor the Group’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management provisions and systems to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. You will coordinate safety programs, audits, inspections, and risk management initiatives across the Group’s subsidiaries.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Professional Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH, OHS)
Professional certificate or diploma in occupational health and safety or equivalent relevant area
Added Advantage: Training in disaster management &/or first aid or fire marshalling
3 years' relevant work experience in a large organization
3 years’ work experience in Health and safety systems implementation in a large and busy organization
2 years’ work experience in Conducting and reviewing of Health and Safety audits as per Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA)
1 year work experience in Assessment of Construction/Contractor Safety
2 years’ work experience in Facilitating training
2 years’ work experience in Stakeholder Management
1 year’ work experience in Preparation of management reports
3 years’ work experience in Co-ordination of Fire Drills
