You will manage and execute manpower plans, including recruitment and selection processes in liaison with HR Business Partners. This role requires you to coordinate with line managers, assess employment needs, and manage the entire recruitment cycle from candidate identification to selection.
Bachelor’s Degree HR Management OR a Business-Related Field
Certificate /Diploma/ Higher Diploma in Post Graduate Diploma in HR General or a specific area of HR.
Master’s degree in HR Management OR a Business-Related Field will be an added advantage
4 years of relevant experience is required
1 year of experience in Business Partnering
3 years of experience in Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection
1 year of experience in Job Evaluation
1 year of experience in People Risk Management
3 years of experience in Customer Service
3 years of experience in People Management
3 years of experience in Relationship Management
3 years of experience in Project Management
