
You will be responsible for the management and execution of learning interventions and the training cycle for an assigned business portfolio. You will lead a team and manage the development of learning plans, budgets, and training curriculum.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is required
Professional Qualifications: Certificate /Diploma/ Higher Diploma in HR General or certification in instructional design/Master Trainer is required
Master’s Degree HR Management OR a business-related field will be an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources
At least 4 years in Learning and Development, preferably within financial institutions
1 year in Talent Management will be desired to have
1 year in Project Management
3 years of experience in Performance Management
3 years of experience in Customer Service
3 years of experience in People Management
3 years of experience in Relationship Management
3 years of experience in Project Management
