Senior Manager, Learning & Development

You will be responsible for the management and execution of learning interventions and the training cycle for an assigned business portfolio. You will lead a team and manage the development of learning plans, budgets, and training curriculum.

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is required

• Professional Qualifications: Certificate /Diploma/ Higher Diploma in HR General or certification in instructional design/Master Trainer is required

• Master’s Degree HR Management OR a business-related field will be an added advantage

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources

• At least 4 years in Learning and Development, preferably within financial institutions

• 1 year in Talent Management will be desired to have

• 1 year in Project Management

• 3 years of experience in Performance Management

• 3 years of experience in Customer Service

• 3 years of experience in People Management

• 3 years of experience in Relationship Management

• 3 years of experience in Project Management
