Technology Vendor Manager

You will develop and execute a comprehensive technology vendor management strategy to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. You will oversee the strategic management of technology vendors and optimize their performance to align with the bank’s goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in any IT/Business Related field

• Added Advantage: MBA or Msc

• Professional qualification/Certification in ITIL Foundation or Project Management

• Added Advantage: Certification in Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent

• Added Advantage: Certification in Certified Contract Manager (CCM) or equivalent legal/contracts certification

• 4 years’ work experience

• 3 years’ experience in IT service delivery, IT contract management, or general vendor management

• 2 years’ experience in negotiating and managing contract life cycles, with an emphasis on technology or IT service agreements

• 2 years’ experience in Project management, sourcing, business analytics, vendor relationship management, procurement, or prior vendor performance management background

• 2 years’ experience in managing large complex contracts in one or more IT categories, including hardware, software, service, and communication

• 2 years’ experience working with all key departments/internal stakeholders and knowledge of procurement and vendor management practices

• 2 years’ experience in project management

• 1 year experience in People Management
