You will provide expert customs consulting support on a multitude of customs engagements and offer expert advice to clients on any Customs matters. You will also build and maintain strong client relationships, lead business development activities, and supervise junior tax professionals.
Business related Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
Post Graduate Diploma/ Masters in Customs or any professional qualification in Customs from an accredited college/university are highly desirable.
Any professional qualification in Taxation from an accredited college/university will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Access.
Experience performing internet research.
A minimum of seven years of tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm.
Good knowledge and appreciation of tax legislation and regulatory environment.
Working knowledge of accounting information systems and Tax tools.
