The role
You will own the people agenda for Kenya by advising the Kenya leadership team on org design, workforce planning, and business-aligned people strategy. You will lead talent review, performance calibration, succession planning, resolve employee relations issues, and act as the escalation point to ensure consistent compliance with Kenyan labor law.
