Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will support the team by interpreting data from CRM and external databases to provide actionable insights for product and process performance. This role involves building automated dashboards and reports using Power BI and Redash.io, analyzing operational activities, conducting A/B testing, and assisting with technical data challenges to drive profitable growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Business

• Proven experience in data analysis or business analytics, preferably within fintech, lending, or other data-driven industries

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights

• Proficiency in SQL (basic level required; intermediate or higher preferred)

• Demonstrated interest in data analytics, ideally supported by relevant training, coursework, or certifications (e.g., in SQL, Power BI, or general data analysis)

• Self-driven and proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and a problem-solving attitude
